Our stay at Just Sleep was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were so friendly and genuinely caring, always ready to help with any request. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.
Although we did notice a few minor drawbacks, such as the initial difficulty in finding the hostel and the lack of single-sex dorms, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

For the price, Just Sleep exceeded my expectations with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was convenient, just a short bus ride or walk away from the bustling city center. The staff, especially Laura, were friendly and made me feel right at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps offering more variety or fresh options.

During our stay at Just Sleep, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hostel. The bed sheets were fresh and the shower facilities were well-maintained. The location of the hostel was also favorable, as it was conveniently situated near the water in Leith. We appreciated the fact that the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hostel provided amenities such as lockers, tea room, and free mineral water dispensers, which added to our overall comfort. Despite a few minor drawbacks, including a lack of privacy curtains and the small size of the common areas, we found Just Sleep to be a suitable option for a short stay in Edinburgh. I would recommend this hostel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff.

The staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Communication was excellent. The property was well managed. The location was ideal, in a smart and affluent area of the city. It was just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and the train station. There were plenty of eateries, supermarkets, pubs, and coffee shops in the bustling Leith Walk area, just 8 minutes away. The place felt safe and secure, with CCTV both inside and outside, and passcodes for self check-in. Parking was ample and safe, both on the street and on-site. The rooms were spacious and guests-friendly. The showers and toilets were clean, with continuous hot water and ample clean towels provided. The seating area had charging ports for work, snacks, beer, and an excellent coffee machine. The beds were clean and comfortable, with good space and convenient charging options. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, with regular floor cleaning and restocking of toilets.
The ongoing tram works and rubbish collection strike in the area slightly affected my stay. However, these issues were unrelated to the accommodation itself.

They provided detailed information before arrival, which was very helpful. the facilities were cleaned regularly, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and a nearby park. the security measures were tight, with lockers and keys provided to keep valuable items safe.
One of the negative aspects of my stay was the noise level in the room. There were two people who kept the lights on all night, spoke loudly, and unfortunately snored, making it difficult for me to sleep even with ear protection.

We had a great stay at Just Sleep! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and convenient amenities like bedside lamps and charging ports. We also appreciated the well-organized towel system and plenty of showers available. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and shops. we highly recommend Just Sleep for a pleasant and affordable stay in Edinburgh.
The only minor drawback was that the air inside the room wasn't fresh and had a slight odor of sweat. It would be beneficial to ensure proper ventilation and freshening of the rooms on a daily basis.
